      • Hi,
        Thanks for visiting TechLatest.

Unfortunately, you can upgrade from 32-bit to 64-bit in this way, first, check whether your CPU supports 64-bit OS or not (Goto My Computer properties), and if it does, then you will have to clean install Windows 7 64-bit to upgrade from 32 to 64-bit.

        Cheers,

  5. Hi! How are you?
I’m looking for Brazilian Portuguese (PT-BR) Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bits ISO file with SP1. I tried to get it using Windows-ISO-Downloader tool but it’s not available there anymore.
It would be awesome if you could provide direct download links to that ISO file.
    Thank you in advance.

    • Ana,
Try looking at archive.org and typing “Brazilian Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit Iso’ in the search box on the upper right side. Their located on that site.

  6. Hello im looking to format my windows 7 with this and it doesn’t seem to be working. First attempt I used the .zip file as the .iso in rufus. tried to boot from it and it said no drivers found. then i tried to extract the files but the rufus program doesnt recognize many of the files to use and im not sure which to try. Please help! thanks!

    • Hi,

      Thanks for visiting TechLatest.

First, where did you get the zip file, as we provided iso file(s) only.

Second, the ‘No drive found’ error is due the mismatch in the hard disk format (GPT or non-GPT) and bootable media. Check whether your hard disk is formatted as GPT or not, if yes then create bootable media as GPT in the partition scheme otherwise select MBR.

      Cheers,

    • first you have to convert iso to bootable pendrive , i must recommend to use rufus for this step, just plug your pd in your old system and open rufus and select iso file location and press start it wil start to make bootable , after complete this process just plugged out pendrive and , which system you wanna format plug in there and restart and press esc or according to your pc go to boot options select your pendrive and press enter it will appears windows is loading and logo off windows 7

  8. I was skeptical about this link at first since if you hover over the link it shows a bit.ly address instead of a Microsoft address. I found out you can check bit.ly addresses by taking out the https:// before hand and just entering the bit.ly address with a + following it. Once I checked them out this way it did show it was legit from Microsoft’s website even though their links cant be found on their website from what I can tell. Try it for yourself and you can see for yourself. I hope this helps people who are as paranoid as I am when downloading things like this!

  9. Hi, Thanks for the image file.
Downloaded it and used rufus to create the bootable flash drive.
Even disabling the secure boot was smooth in my HP Lappy.
But theres one impediment, the screen gets stuck on the windows logo “starting windows” and doesnt load the language selection page.
    Help would be much appriciated.
    Thanks Again
